CR500
Distance compensated color sensor with patented CROMLADIST® - technology
Function
The particular feature of the CR500 color sensor is the distance compensation. The color is measured from two different distances with a specially configured fiber head. The distance to the object to be measured in real time can be determined from the resulting ratio of the color signals. Numerical correction of the distance enables the color sensor to operate largely independent of the distance.Features
- Distance compensated color recognition CROMLADIST®
- Up to 350 colors can be stored
- Quick response time from 250 µs
- 12 channels, with binary encoding up to 4096 output combinations
- Finest color differences can be detected (ΔE < 1)
- Long-term stability of color recognition without new teach-in by CROMLASTAB® technology
- Standard interfaces: USB, RS232, 12 push-pull outputs (24 V/100 mA)
- PC software CR-tool for parameter setting and visualization of color values
